During the 20th century, Birkenhead Park was very successful on and off the field.
The club was well recognized in Rugby Union and was a relatively large club in northern England.
However, in the 21st century, history was not the same, because the club fought with relegation and was not likely to come back where there were once.
During the 2023/24 season, the club was promoted to the North West Regional 1 Division, but this season, it seems that they will return directly.
The team had little success in the field on the field this year, and things will have to change quickly to avoid early relegation of the league.
